Here you’ll find a lot of thoughts on ways to live a happy and healthy life, full of potential.
I know what it’s like to feel at your lowest, but also what it’s like to achieve great things.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years exploring many avenues of self-development, fitness, health and healing, driven mostly by my own experiences with anxiety and depression – but also with a desire to help others. I started out as a personal trainer, then went into developing gym supplements, and now this blog – which aims to encourage others to keep striving for more, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
My aim here is to introduce topics and teachers that I’ve come across over the years. Some of the ideas you’ll find here might not be completely mainstream, but in my opinion, they should be. Information and posts will be a mixture of current scientific fact, and opinion pieces based on experience.
My hope is that visitors to this blog might get a spark of inspiration and will want to invest time into learning a new topic they otherwise may not have sought out themselves.
